We exclusively broadcast works for which we have obtained explicit permission from the artist or label, or works released under applicable Creative Commons licenses.

Users may not record, redistribute, or commercially exploit broadcast content unless permitted by the applicable license or with prior written consent from the rights holder.

XM3.RADIO respects your privacy. We do not collect personally identifiable information about our listeners. We only use technical cookies necessary for the functionality of the player and the “On-Demand Request” feature. No data is shared with third parties.

GRAMEX
Our internet radio is not a webcast as defined in Gramex § 1, but a random playlist that the listener can influence and have an impact on by requesting a song through our On-Demand Request function, therefore, our internet radio is not subject to Gramex § 1: ‘In webcasting, users cannot influence the broadcast or the tracks included in the broadcast.’ We have consulted with Gramex, and they have confirmed that the above is correct.
